Hey! I love working out and I love fitness. I workout 5-6 days a week and love the burn and the sweat that you feel and the adrenaline rush it gives you. Most of all I love gutpunching, both the exhilerating feeling of punching someone else and even better, the feeling of testing and trying my abs to have them punched harder and harder every time, taking me closer to my limits and beyond. With gutpunching, I have no limits, both because I love the feeling and the pain, but also because I desire the great workout that it gives me and how much better it can make my body.
